Spectacular Concert in Travnik

As part of the grand celebration marking the 50th anniversary of the Cultural and Artistic Society (CAS) Borac Travnik, a spectacular full-length concert was held at the beautiful Europe Square in Travnik. The event gathered hundreds of folklore and culture enthusiasts from across the region, turning the heart of the city into a vibrant stage of tradition, music, and dance.

In honor of the hosts and their half-century-long mission of preserving and promoting heritage, two renowned ensembles from Sarajevo performed: CAS Lola and CAS Baščaršija. Their outstanding performances offered the audience an unforgettable evening filled with emotion, energy, and pride in the cultural identity of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider Balkan region.

CAS Baščaršija presented traditional folk dances from various regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, delighting the audience with authentic style, rich national costumes, dynamic choreography, and precision in execution. Every performance was met with enthusiastic applause, confirming the ensemble’s reputation for excellence.

CAS Lola captivated the audience with a diverse repertoire, showcasing dances from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as neighboring countries. Their choreographies skillfully blended traditional elements with contemporary stage expression. The youthful energy and enthusiasm of the performers brought additional vibrancy and rhythm to the entire concert atmosphere.
